We Know the Fall Protection Codes Better

Rigid Lifelines® serves on the main ANSI Fall Protection Code committee as well as several ANSI sub-committees, which allow us to share our knowledge and experience gained from thousands of fall protection system installations.

Our engineers will work closely with your building architects, engineers, and safety personnel to design a solution optimized for your application. We even offer Professional Engineering certification in any location in the United States.

We Welcome One-Of-A-Kind, Custom-Engineered Systems

At Rigid Lifelines®, we are truly eager to design customized systems, and our fast response times prove it. We have a full team of talented engineers who love a challenge. Plus, unique challenges force us to design innovative, ergonomic solutions that can be incorporated into our standardized systems.

Our Quality Control and Manufacturing Protocols

Rigid Lifelines’ Anchor Track™ Systems are engineered systems, meaning our systems have been tested and validated by a professional engineer and have passed performance drop testing per ANSI and OSHA requirements. Engineered systems, such as our Anchor Track Systems, require no further static or dynamic drop testing from end users or distributors. This fact is true for our standard engineered systems and custom engineered systems, excluding supports not supplied by Rigid Lifelines.

Finally, we are an ISO 9001:2015 registered company, meaning our systems fulfill international criteria for quality and safety. Our quality management and inspectors thoroughly examine each system throughout the manufacturing process to ensure system quality.

Bi-Coastal Manufacturing

We have manufacturing locations in Las Vegas, Nevada (68,000 sq. ft.), and Morgantown, Pennsylvania (95,000 sq. ft.). These two locations make it easier for us to serve customers from coast to coast. Our production flexibility and location sizes allow us to handle special or rush orders and work on several fall protection systems at once. Plus, we stock replacement products that are ready for quick shipping.

Our Certified Manufacturing

Our welders are certified by the American Welding Society in steel (D1.1) and aluminum (D1.2) to ensure that every product we manufacture maintains quality. Both of our facilities have achieved “AWS Certified Welding Fabricator” status, meaning we demonstrate the resources, procedures, and personnel needed to apply a quality management system to our welding fabrication. Compare the welds on our fall protection equipment to that of our competitors — our welds are smoother with better flow patterns, indicating higher quality and strength.
