RIGID LIFELINES PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION COMPETENCY TRAINING

The Rigid Lifelines Product and Installation Competency Training course is a classroom-based hands-on technical training course covering our products. Check this page throughout the year for newly posted training dates. For more information, email info@rigidlifelines.com.

The course consists of approximately 12 hours of training over one-and-a-half days followed by a certification test. Participants who pass the exam will receive a Certificate of Completion that indicates Rigid Lifelines product competency. This course covers the following topics:

  • Track vs. Others
  • OSHA Law & ANSI
  • Rigid Lifelines Product Proper Usage
  • Hazard Analysis
  • Rescue
  • Rigid Lifelines System Installation and Inspection
  • Architects & Engineers Portal Review
  • Selling Features and Benefits
  • Factory Tour
  • Installation of a Small Freestanding Traveling Bridge Fall Protection System
Each dealer is responsible for his or her flights to and from the host city, but most other costs, such as hotel accommodation, meals, and certain local transportation are covered by Rigid Lifelines.
