Meet William Thomas: Second Shift Supervisor and Certified Welder

Will began working with Rigid Lifelines as a temp in 2012, but he quickly worked his way up to become a certified welder, shift supervisor, and a permanent and integral part of the production team. Over the past twenty months, Will has developed a passion for fabrication and metalworking, which has helped to propel his career in ways he never imagined.
