For one-of-a-kind or new fall protection devices, our R&D engineers employ advanced computer-modeling software and rigorous finite element analysis. That’s followed by component testing-to-failure to assure a wide margin of compliance.
Finally, our manufacturing engineers verify that ISO 9001:2008 procedures are strictly followed so every fall arrest and fall restraint product conforms to all applicable OSHA and ANSI regulations, as well as our own high standards.

With manufacturing facilities in Pennsylvania (95,000 sq. ft.) and Las Vegas (30,000 sq. ft.), most of our competitors simply cannot match our efficiencies of scale. Those efficiencies include the ability to readily invest in high-precision fabrication machinery. As a result, we have optimum quality control and copious production flexibility to handle special or rush orders.
The size of our plants also lets us work on several very large fall protection systems at once, as well as complete, standardized, fall arrest and fall restraint kits. Plus, we keep in stock a substantial number of systems, and a complete spectrum of replacement products, all ready for quick shipping.
Our Certified Welding Quality
Since our beginnings, all of our welders have had their performance certified by the American Welding Society (AWS) in both Steel D1.1 and Aluminum D1.2.
And both of our facilities have achieved “AWS Certified Welding Fabricator” status, meaning we have demonstrated the resources, procedures, and personnel needed to apply a quality management system to our welding fabrication.
