Fall Protection Harnesses

Rigid Lifelines™ full body fall protection harnesses are designed for workers up to 310LBs., including tools. All Rigid Lifelines™ harnesses meet or exceed applicable OSHA and ANSI requirements for fall arrest and are designed to be used as part of a complete fall protection or emergency rescue system.

Universal and Universal-XL Full Body Fall Protection Harnesses

The Rigid Lifelines™ Universal Harness is a classic fall protection harness, constructed of high quality abrasion resistant polyester webbing and zinc plated steel connectors and components. Alternating webbing colors allow for easy identification of upper torso and leg strapping, making harness donning quick and easy. The five buckle adjustment points on the fall protection harness allow the user to get a snug fit, while loose strapping is contained with various strap keepers. With expert stitching and rugged durability, the Universal harness is your safety partner in everyday working at height applications. The Universal harness is made to accommodate worker weight capacities up to a maximum of 310LBs.

For larger workers, Rigid Lifelines™ recommends the use of the Rigid Lifelines™ Universal-XL Safety Harness. These fall protection harnesses were developed with the same design as the standard Universal harness, but is built with reinforced webbing to accommodate a maximum worker weight of 400LBs.

Universal Deluxe Full Body Safety Harness

The Rigid Lifelines™ Universal Deluxe Harness builds on our classic design by incorporating a pad that wraps around the lower back, providing the user comfort and support all day long. The Deluxe model is a great choice for workers that must wear a fall protection harness on the job for long periods of time. The addition of an abdominal tongue buckle and strap that loops through the back padding delivers extra support to the middle of a worker’s torso. Manufactured with abrasion resistant polyester webbing and lightweight steel connectors and components, the Deluxe Universal harness is a reliable safety partner. The Universal Deluxe harness is made to accommodate worker weight capacities up to a maximum of 310LBs.
