Rigid Lifelines™ Fall Restraint systems provide fall restraint on a fixed path, allowing a worker to perform their job with ease but never allowing them to get their center of gravity over an unprotected edge. Our fall restraint systems are made up of a minimum of two mounting points, and a piece of track and trolley. Workers wear a harness, and attach an application appropriate fixed length strap (sometimes called a dog leash) to the harness, and then to the trolley. Fall restraint systems can be custom designed for long runs or job specific path designs, including curves or complete circles.
NOTE: ANSI fall protection Z359.3 states that fall restraint systems only can be used in areas with a slope between 0 and 18.4 degrees.
