Rigid Lifelines™ Announces February 2012 Fall Protection Training

Rigid Lifelines™ is excited to announce a February 2012 Training Class being offered to SPANCO distributors. Training will provide distributors with an opportunity to become certified in the sales, installation, and maintenance of Rigid Lifelines™ fall protection systems.

Date: February 20-21, 2012

Location: Morgantown, PA (held at Rigid Lifelines headquarters)

Classes will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Training classes will be approximately 8 hours long and certification testing will be offered.

Training classes will cover the following:

  • Overview of fall protection
  • Benefits of rigid track
  • Rigid Lifelines product line
  • Identifying applications
  • Fall protection awareness
  • When OSHA rules are not good enough
  • Proper installation
  • Proper OSHA & ANSI requirements and inspection procedures

NOTE: Each training session will include one arrival/dinner date (Monday Feb. 20), as well as one training class date (Tuesday Feb. 21). There is only one full day of fall protection training which is on Tuesday.
