    MEET ROB JIMENEZ, RIGID LIFELINES INSIDE SALES

    Born and raised in Reading, PA, Rob joined the SPANCO/Rigid Lifelines team in 2000, and is an integral part of the company’s inside sales force. Rob brings his people skills to each customer interaction, answering inquiries and guiding purchasing decisions. A big part of the job, he says, is determining which product best fits the customer’s needs—that means getting an accurate description of the facility and the jobs that the equipment will be performing, and determining whether prefabricated or customized construction is most appropriate.

    Terri Larkin joined the shipping department of SPANCO and Rigid Lifelines™ in 2008. She and brings with her a wealth of experience in working with people—both in the restaurant business and as a representative of a leading juvenile play and safety products company. Ensuring that SPANCO and Rigid Lifelines™ products reach the customer safely and promptly is a challenging job, but one that Terri enjoys.

Gregor, whom is involved with the every day planning, coordination, and individual process control of Rigid Lifelines™ fall protection. Jeff oversees the daily production of the Rigid Lifelines™ manufacturing facility while ensuring that goods and services are produced efficiently, that they are of the best quality, correct quantity, and are produced in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the customer.
