Welcome our New National Sales Manager: Adam Ballester

Rigid Lifelines’ staff is excited to welcome Adam Ballester to our team. Adam started in July 2010 on the sales team of our sister company, Spanco. By the end of 2010, Adam was tasked with Rigid Lifelines’ work as well as Spanco. For the last two and a half years, Adam has served as Spanco’s Technical Sales Manager.  During his tenure as Technical Sales Manager, Adam improved our product offering and enhanced how we sell and market our solutions.

Adam’s credentials for his new role include a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering with a minor in Business and Economics from Lafayette College as well as five years of experience in the fall protection industry. Adam accepted his new role as National Sales Manager because the role “provides the ability to make a greater positive impact on the company.” Adam says that he will “have fun taking on the challenge of making Rigid Lifelines a top name in the fall protection industry.” Adam’s professional goal “is to become the best in the fall protection industry. I want people to associate my name with fall protection safety.”

Adam’s main job requirements include orchestrating and directing the sales path of Rigid Lifelines while developing valuable, lasting relationships with customers. Adam’s job requirements will also include managing the sales representatives and dealer network and traveling throughout North America. When asked what he enjoys most about his new role, Adam said, “I enjoy having the ability to make a difference both to the company and to the fall protection industry. I also enjoy helping Rigid Lifelines’ dealers continue their success.”

When not at work, Adam’s favorite hobbies are spending time with his wife and friends and playing golf, racquetball, and fantasy sports. Adam’s tremendous work ethic and leadership ability are evident in everything he does. Adam brings a wealth of product and process knowledge to the National Sales Manager role, which will be a significant asset as he works to develop Rigid Lifelines into the leading brand of rigid rail fall protection solutions.
