Join us in Congratulating Cody Johnson with His New Role

Our staff is excited to announce Cody’s Johnson promotion to Technical Sales Support Manager. Cody started in July 2012 as a Technical Sales Specialist for both Spanco^® and Rigid Lifelines^®. For the last seven months, Cody served as the Technical Sales Supervisor at Rigid Lifelines. During his tenure, Cody has brought unparalleled enthusiasm and positivity to his department and to the company.

Cody’s credentials for his new role include a Bachelor of Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and 3 years of sales experience in the material handling and fall protection world. Cody accepted his new role as Technical Sales Support Manager because he is “excited to take on more responsibility and help the company move forward.” Cody’s goal as Technical Sales Support Manager is “to be the best support manager I can be by really connecting and helping my team be proficient customer service specialists.”

Cody’s main job requirements include making sure that the sales department exceeds customer service expectations and being the voice of the sales department within the company. Cody’s job requirements also include conducting trainings and reviewing and developing department policies and procedures. When asked what he enjoys most about his new role, Cody said, “I enjoy coaching and developing my sales team. I also enjoy having more of a reason to communicate with each department in the company.”

Outside of work, Cody’s favorite hobbies are spending time with his wife, fantasy football, fishing, and watching old black and white movies. Cody’s passion and sincerity are evident in everything that he does. His product knowledge and passion for delivering flawless customer service will be significant assets for the sales department as he works with his team to support both Spanco and Rigid Lifelines.
